We focus on people-centred planning, and creating places where both children and adults can be healthy and active
Our work cuts across urban design, transport geography and environmental psychology. It engages with academics, practitioners, policy makers and the wider public.
A strategic planner, researcher and manager passionate getting people more active, and creating healthier and more inclusive places.
Holly is currently leading research on child-friendly neighbourhoods at the University of Westminster, as well as doing some lecturing on the planning and transport courses. Prior to this, she has worked as an urban planner specialising in healthy places at the Greater London Authority and other local authorities in and around London.
Holly’s preferred mode of transport is her feet, usually running, but two wheels will also suffice. She believes that if we advocate for change, we must firstly lead by example and practice what we preach.
